Questions and answers
Can I change the length and price for one client’s session?
Yes. Open the booking and change its length or price. The service stays as it is for everyone else.
Does KRI take deposits?
No. KRI doesn’t take payments or deposits: clients pay you directly.
Do clients get reminders?
Yes, by email. They get a confirmation when they book and a reminder in the 24 hours before the visit. If you move or cancel a booking, they get an email about that too.
I already use another booking service. Can I move?
Yes, and we’ll set it up for you free. Send us a link to your current booking page and we’ll move your services, prices, team, working hours, description and photos to KRI.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your team. The plan is $19 a month with one specialist, plus $9 for each additional one. There is no commission on bookings.
