How to manage bookings.
1. Share your booking page
Copy your booking link from QR code and put it in your Instagram bio, on Google or in a reply.
2. See what comes in
New bookings appear on Overview and in Bookings. Filter by status or specialist, or search by client.
3. Add bookings yourself
For calls and walk-ins, click a free time on Overview, then pick the client, the service and the team member.
4. Mark how it went
After the visit, press Complete or No-show. The client’s card keeps count.

Can clients cancel or move a booking themselves?
Not online. The confirmation email asks them to contact your salon, and you change the booking in the dashboard. The client gets an email when you move or cancel it.
Can I add a booking that overlaps another one?
Yes, from the dashboard. KRI warns you about the overlap but lets you save it. Online, clients can only book free times.
Does KRI take payments or deposits?
No. Clients pay you directly, and KRI takes no commission.
Can I put a Book button on Instagram?
Yes. Your booking page has its own address, so you can use it as the link in your bio or in a story.
