How to add a specialist.
1. Open Team
Press Add specialist.
2. Name, position, photo
The position is free text, such as Senior stylist. The photo can be JPEG, PNG or WebP.
3. Choose their services
Tick the services this person does. Clients only see them for those services.
4. Set their hours
New specialists start Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Change it in Schedule.

How much does an extra specialist cost?
The plan includes one specialist; each additional one adds a fixed amount a month. The amounts for your country are on the pricing section of our home page.
Do clients have to choose a specialist?
When more than one specialist offers a service, clients choose who they book with. With one specialist, that step is skipped.
What happens to bookings when someone leaves?
Set their last working day. Bookings after it can’t be made online; past bookings and client history stay.
