KRI vs Mindbody

Where KRI goes further

• Clients book without creating an accountOn KRI a client gives a name, phone number and email and the booking is made, with no password and no profile to register. Mindbody’s help centre says clients are prompted to sign in or create an account to complete a booking through its links, website widgets and apps.
• You edit your own websiteKRI’s website builder lives in the dashboard: pick one of four styles, change fonts and colours, add a hero photo, a text block and a gallery, and check it in a live preview. Mindbody’s Customized Websites page says the owner cannot edit the site and requests changes on a quarterly basis.
• Your website exists when sign-up endsKRI builds a starter website with your services and team as part of onboarding, and you switch it on when you are ready. Mindbody’s Customized Websites page quotes 3–5 business days at the fastest and 2–3 weeks on average, after an intake form and a draft review.
• A multilingual website and booking flowKRI offers your website and booking in up to three languages chosen from 32, with a language picker for visitors and service names and descriptions translated per language. Mindbody’s Customized Websites page describes limited localization support, with AI-translated sites possible but not full localization.
