You can cancel at any time, in your dashboard under Billing or by writing to [email protected]. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged for the next one.
What happens when you cancel
- Your account keeps working until the end of the current paid period.
- Your saved card is removed straight away, so nothing can be charged afterwards.
- No further invoices are issued.
If an invoice is still open
If an invoice has been issued and isn’t settled yet, cancelling is refused until it is. This is so that you are not left with a document you can no longer pay.
Refunds
KRI doesn’t refund the unused part of a paid period, except where the law requires it.
Coming back
If you change your mind, add a card again on the Billing page. That ends the cancellation and your subscription continues.
